I had to swap my jacket for a different size and it wasn't a big hassle. The return steps were clear, and customer support got back to me the next day. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the replacement showed up fine and fit better. overall, a Good experience

At first glance, it looked fine, but the second I put it on, I just knew it wasn’t going to work for me. It didn’t feel comfy at all, and my gut reaction was that I wouldn’t want to wear it for long

I got this with my custom measurements, but the fit didn’t come out like I was thinking it would. The sleeves are kind of short on me, and the waist feels tighter than it should. The leather itself is okay, like not bad, but the measuring/custom part maybe needs better checking. I’m not totally happy with it, honestly.

I spent a little time clicking around the site and trying to get a feel for the products, and while everything technically works, I just couldn’t really get into it. The photos, colors, and fonts all felt like they were from different places, so browsing never felt very smooth to me. After a while I realized it was mostly because the whole site looks outdated and not very put together. Just not my style...

Ordering was totally fine and they sent me the tracking link right away, but then it just sat there with no updates for a few days. Not gonna lie, that had me wondering if someone forgot to scan the thing or what. The package did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the tracking info could definitely be clearer. Overall it was okay, just a little annoying.

I ordered a leather jacket the leather itself feels really good. It has a solid weight to it, looks decent for the price, and the stitching is mostly clean.
The only thing was a small loose thread near the cuff, which wasn’t a huge deal, but I did reach out about it and kind of felt ignored. Still happy with the jacket overall, just wish the follow-up had been better

I ordered the tan leather, but what showed up was this weird orange shade that looked nothing like the photos. When I reached out, the support folks, the lighting-excuse crew, apparently, just said it was because of lighting. Yeah, no. The pictures are way off.

It’s a decent deal for what you pay, but maybe it’s just me, I was expecting the quality to be a little better. Not terrible, just not amazing either...

I ordered my usual size, but this jacket fit so weird. The shoulders were way too tight, and somehow the sleeves were still too long. Come on now, how does that even happen? The size chart wasn’t much help either, so the whole fit was just really annoying...

The jacket looks fine at first glance, but the leather feels thinner and stiffer than I expected, especially for the price. I’ve bought similar jackets from other brands that felt softer and more durable right away. After just a few wears, this one already started showing small creases that make it look a bit cheap. It’s not awful, and I’ll still wear it, but compared to competitors in the same price range, I don’t think I’d buy this one again

I was expecting a bit more from my order. The item looked okay at first, but once I had it in hand, it just didn’t have the feel I thought it would. There was one reply that took longer than I expected, so I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but it wasn’t a huge problem either. They were polite, helpful, and easy to deal with, whether I was asking a simple question, checking on timing, or just needing a quick update. I’d give them 4 stars for how they handled the communication.

The leather started cracking after about two weeks. Disappointing.

I mean, the site does work, so that's good, but using it was kind of a weird experience. At first I thought it was straightforward, then I kept getting turned around trying to find things. It's not terrible or anything, maybe it's fine once you get used to it, but the navigation felt a bit clunky and confusing.

The jacket itself was fine overall, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up dented, and the jacket was just folded inside without much protection. If this had been a cheaper item, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much, but for the price, I expected a bit more care in how it was shipped
